DLSU Prof slams Trillanes calling China and PRD “communists”: What were you doing in China in your trips during the last admin?

De La Salle University’s prominent professor of PolSci, Antonio Contreras issued a statement about the claims of Senator Antonio Trillanes III who reacted to President Rodrigo Duterte cutting ties with US by saying that the president’s action resembles that of a communist.

“China has become a state monopoly capitalist society, and has become the principal lender (with interest) to many countries including the bastion of capitalism, the good old USA” he wrote.

He then reminded Trillanes of the senator’s own trips to China. 

“What was he then doing making those trips to China during the past administration if not dealing with these so-called communists?” he added. [source]
