On his visit to China, Senator Alan Peter Cayetano was on stage and Duterte gave him a special mention saying: “Senator Alan Peter Cayetano, bright ‘yan, makita ‘nyo naman sa TV.”

Duterte also introduced both Imee and Bongbong to the audience. The President even went out of his way to show how he felt on who he really wanted as his successor: “Kung manalo siya (Bongbong) sa protest niya, baka bago ang ating Bise Presidente.” said Duterte.
