Gen.G veteran Ruler fined 800,000 won by LCK over repeated in-game verbal abuse

The League of Legends Champions Korea has issued its first esports sanctions of 2026 by fining Park “Ruler” Jae-hyuk 800,000 KRW for repeated in-game verbal abuse.

The decision follows an investigation conducted by the LCK office ahead of the 2026 season. As part of the process, officials reviewed the game account histories of all players registered on the unified roster to identify any instances of unethical or unhealthy behavior.
