Team Mid secure back-to-back LCK Season Opening titles

Faker and Team Mid secured another LCK Season Opening title by successfully defending it against other teams filled with players from the same role, cementing their legacy as the first team to win the event twice. 

The League event opened with a new side selection minigame called For Faelights, where all captains were given a simple objective. They had to place two wards in the opponent’s Faelights near the enemy base, with the option to enlist one teammate to help or disrupt rival captains in the race to finish first. Teams experimented with different champions to gain an edge, but Oner’s Pyke proved decisive, as he dominated the minigame and secured the win.
