FURIOS! DOTC Secretary Denies False Reports lashed out on Rappler

DOTC secretary Art Tugade has denied Rappler’s report from claiming him having an informal trip to Beijing last June.

Nic Gabunada uncovered in a Facebook post that Tugade messaged him about the report, saying what Amb. Goldberg said, “the mythical American ‘intelligence’ has wretchedly fizzled once more.”

“Tsimis yan!!I was never in Beijing in June!! Need confirmation? You can simply look at my passport at whatever time,” Tugade messaged.
